From Leaf to Powder
Five careful steps between the farms of Sojat and your hands.
01 — Cultivation
Henna shrubs are nurtured in the alkaline, mineral-rich soil of the Sojat belt. Hot, dry days concentrate the natural lawsone pigment in each leaf.
02 — Harvesting
Mature leaves are hand-picked at peak pigment and gathered in woven baskets, farm by farm across Pali district.
03 — Processing
Leaves are shade-dried away from harsh sunlight to protect their natural green colour and aromatic character, then sorted by hand.
04 — Fine Powder Preparation
Dried leaves are milled and sifted through fine cloth mesh, again and again, until the powder is silky and string-free.
05 — Careful Packaging
Every batch is weighed and sealed in protective, moisture-locking pouches with a batch date, so it reaches you as fresh as it left Sojat.
