Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened, unused packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For Razorpay and PayPal payments, refunds follow the payment provider’s processing time.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and freshness reasons, opened henna packs and used cones cannot be returned unless faulty.
